RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

 Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return this to us and request a full refund from us, which we will provide to you, if it meets our criteria. 

Please see below for more information on our returns and refunds policy. 

Our policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we  unfortunately are unable to offer you a refund. 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

We do not issue a refund to our customers, under these circumstances: –

  • If the customer knew the item was faulty when they bought it.
  • If they damaged the item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or a partial refund)
  • If they no longer wanted the item, for example because it’s the wrong size or colour, unless they bought it without seeing it.
  • If they no longer wanted the item, as they had simply changed their mind and no longer wished to have it.
MAKING A CLAIM

You can request a refund for: 

  • Misprinted, damaged or defective items.
  • You must submit your claim to us in writing within 30 days after you received the purchase item.
  • To make a claim, you will need to email us at [email protected] giving a full description of the specific type of fault, including a clear photograph illustrating the fault, along with our order number Ref. GD -.. #
  • Once we have agreed with you that your faulty item(s) can be returned to us, you will need to email [email protected] obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, you will need to place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase then send the return item to us at:

Return shipping charges on products that are deemed faulty will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

After receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Please note:

  • For packages that have been lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Any claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
UNCLAIMED PRODUCTS
  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
  • By purchasing items from us, you are hereby agreeing that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and you will not receive a refund.
WRONG ADDRESS
  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the shipment is returned to us, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Please note: –

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your item.

You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your item in writing (by email).  

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the item.

You should receive your refund within 14 days of the date you have returned the item to us or cancelled the service.

You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted items to us.
